St. Martin’s Engineering College “Teacher’s Day” was organized on 7thSeptember 2022. On this occasion, Sri. M. Laxman Reddy, Chairman, was present and shared the successful journey of SMEC with all the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff. He said that St.Martin’s Children Educational was incepted in 1982, completed 40 years of excellence in education and St.Martin’s Engineering College was founded in 2002, completed 20 years of remarkable mile stones in field of Engineering education. He insisted all the staff members to maintain physical fitness and make our country pollution free nation.
Sri.G. ChandrashekarYadav, Executive Director, was also present and addressed the gathering. In his speech, Sir emphasized that Teachers have a great responsibility of shaping the careers of students and appreciated the staff for the dedicated services.
Dr.P.Santosh Kumar Patra, Principal, addressed the gathering and greeted best wishes for all the faculty members on this occasion. In his motivational speech, Sir conveyed that Perseverance and Hard work lead to success and that can be attained through determination and righteousness. Sir motivated the faculty members to recollect all the best teachers in their lives, who had inspired and influenced them and to become one of such best teachers for their students.As per sir’s words, everyday is a teacher’s day and the level of satisfaction can be a great achievement. A teacher is ever ready for taking any pain for the sake of his/her students’ lives.
Sri. G.Jai KishanYadav, Director, told that Teacher can create any profession and job opportunities.
Sri. G. RajashekaharYadav, Director, conveyed that he felt extremely happy joining the occasion. He appreciated all the staff members for their great services. He also added that a President of a country can also be a student and must have learnt all the required qualities from a teacher.
During the celebrations all the outstanding teachers in various categories were felicitated with memento and gold coins and few games were conducted for all the staff members. The celebrations were ended with vote of thanks.
